The house contains two living areas, a formal area as you enter the property and a family area to the rear of the property. As you enter the property the formal living and dining area is to your right under a vaulted ceiling. The family area is to the rear of the property which also has a vaulted ceiling to the left hand side.
Formal Living Area
This is located to the front of the property as you enter through the front door. This area is made up of a living room and dining room. The living room has a three seater sofa and a two seater sofa with coffee tables and a sofa table. The dining room has a table with six chairs. To the side of the area are the stairs to the upper level and there is an archway to the kitchen, family area and utility area.
Family Area
This is located to the rear with access to the patio area and swimming pool. This area has a leather sofa and leather lovenest, coffee tables, TV stand with TV and DVD player.
Kitchen
The kitchen is accessed from the formal living area or family area and has many cupboards with high quality work surfaces and stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge freezer and oven with hob. There is a dining table with four chairs and the usual work surface appliances such as toaster, coffee maker, blender etc. To the side of the kitchen is the utility area with washer, dryer and a door to access the garage/games room.
